Shipping Policy
At Crafted By Nikki Creations LLC, every item is made especially for you. Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the type of order placed.
Order Processing Times
Standard Made-to-Order Items
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and packaged.
- Processing times may increase during holidays, special promotions, or high-volume periods.
Custom & Personalized Orders
- Processing time: 10–21 business days
- Custom orders require additional time for design approval, personalization, production, and quality inspection.
- Complex custom projects may require additional production time. If so, we will contact you with an updated timeline.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another carrier selected by Crafted By Nikki Creations LLC.
Shipping delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and are in addition to processing times.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Crafted By Nikki Creations LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Postal service interruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
- Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Crafted By Nikki Creations LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
